La Fayette mobile app allows you:
- View your balance on your bank accounts
- View your transaction history and generate receipts
- View your loan repayment schedule
- Initiate transfer to your own accounts, any La Fayette accounts and other bank accounts
- Purchase airtime and data bundles
- Pay bills
To get started:
- Visit the app store and search for “La Fayette Microfinance” and click on the download button
- Install the application
- Launch the app and click on “Register”, you can register with any current or savings account. Please provide the telephone number with which you are registered at La Fayette. You are advised to choose a complex password
- An OTP (one-time password) is send to your mobile phone for confirmation of your identity
- Choose your PIN, which will be required for any transaction
- Now you are good to go! If you want to perform larger transactions or if you need support on the app, feel free to call customer service at 0815 177 0000 or go to a branch
